About Us
When the Covid-19 pandemic started, Vladimirs thought that this idea should be designed and developed as well in the digital environment, where the possibilities of socialization grow globally much faster and could have more impact on different social groups. In the end, it was decided that he will take on a mission to popularize outdoor/indoor games by integrating a quiz with questions (about different topics). As a result – the Tic Tac Toe Skills team was created and together, we wanted to develop an application that can be used for active leisure everywhere! On top of that, our team created game fields with inventories that can be used anywhere like a team-building or family occasion, or just with your friends!
Our team is small but strong! We work together very hard and have the challenges that are making us even stronger and smarter!
Tic Tac Toe Skills Team: Vladimirs, Alexey and Elvira
Vladimirs Belijs – the creator of this idea, our brains in the team, expert in sports games, without him – we would not even start to work together as all of us are completely different, our visions and thoughts differ, but he is the most positive and inspiring person, he always supports others in the team!
Alexey Ivanenko – IT specialist, a person who knows everything about technologies, software, and websites, that person who developed the prototype of the future application, he always is ready to explain pretty boring things in very simple words.
Elvira Salimova – the creative project manager of this team, puts everything together, brings up all ideas, and combines them into one beautiful picture, polishes the diamond to make it a true gemstone.
In 2019, Vladimirs has founded a social entrepreneurship company “Socially active agency” to popularize a very interesting and exciting French game – petanque. Next year, in 2020, a big social project was made, and about 1000 people took part in it, they were from different social groups, as well as people with disabilities. Right now, the company is hosting different games and events around Latvia, helping different social groups to have a unique experience and have so much fun!
