Vladimirs Belijs, CEO of the social entrepreneurship company “Socially active agency” founded it in 2019. He wanted to popularize a very interesting French game – petanque. During the Covid-19 pandemic, he realized that the project should be more international and available for any person around the world, so he decided to make a team and create an app that will be a perfect additional tool for different indoor/outdoor games. This is how the Tic Tac Toe Skills team was founded!
Social active agency, LLC hosts various games and events in different cities of Latvia, as well as cooperating with international social companies, the main goal is to help different social groups to find their place in the world as well as get new skills by playing specific games like petanque, Bocce Raffa, etc.
